About Us

After several years of struggling with patients to help them determine their level of pain, finally a simple solution that they can relate to easily..

It puts logic in their thought process. The question usually asked of the patient is; “On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the worst, what is your current pain level.”

THEN, the examples it gives are: 0 is no pain: 1 is little pain; 2 is a little more pain; 3 is more pain than a little pain; 4 is a little more pain than a little more pain; 5 is a lot more pain than a little pain; 6 is more pain than a lot more pain; 7 is way more pain than a lot more pain; 8 is a lot more pain than way more pain; 9 is too much pain; 10 is way more pain than too much pain…  AND IT COULD GO ON AND ON!!!

What we have developed is a way for the patient to identify their level of pain by asking the question: “How does your pain affect your daily activities?”

The answer is in the 5 stages of activity. The patient can easily identify the level of interference with their normal activities and weather it has a moderate effect on that activity or a severe effect, and weather the next level is more appropriate.

While every idea can usually be improved, we welcome any suggestions that you may have for us to further simplify our references and improve our product for helping your patients understand their level of pain.

Best Regards;
